QWhat do you mean by over performance?
It is our theory that individuals and teams have come to make fallacious assumptions about their own capabilities. This distortion has crept in because organizations tend to expect superlative performance from only a chosen few and incremental performance from the others. The truth is the silent majority of ‘the others’ in a team are as capable as the superlative performers. They’ve been shackled for long by a lack of self-belief. If the door to self-belief is cranked open, productivity and performance can go up by many notches. The key to unravelling this puzzle lies in making the individual self-aware of his true capacity. If their real potential is pointed out to individuals, there’s a real chance of achieving a performance greater than the assumed potential. And that’s what we mean by over performance.

QHow are your fees structured?
As each client and their challenges are unique, our fees are structured according to the engagement we feel would add the highest value and deliver the best results to you.
Our fees are structured and based around a consulting engagement, rather than the number of hours or days of our work. We find charging by the hour or day is very transactional, and does not give the client a clear definition of costs. Our Value Add Pricing model puts accountability on us to perform, and ensures you never have to worry about the extra hours we work to deliver results.

QHow does one engage your company?
1. First we conduct a Business Needs Audit. Here we really understand your goals, issues, and do a complete diagnostic and audit of what you’re trying to achieve and the timeframes you’re looking at.
2. We then compile this information, and share with you Leadership Business Acceleration Framework. This shows how we can help add value and structure an engagement based on your unique set of challenges, corporate culture, executive team, strategic initiatives, time constraints and other factors.
3. You review the recommendations and if needed, we make any changes that are needed so we’re fully aligned and ready to add value.

5. If anything changes during the engagement (change in team members or initiatives etc.), we can easily and quickly course-correct and rapidly move to help you manage the change.
