But that doesn’t mean, we don’t give you milestones. We know the value you place on time. So the moment a consultant is contacted with a Challenge Brief, we issue a milestone chart for the engagement. Our Engagement Model is as follows:
Business Needs Audit
We do this to get up to speed with your specific goals and objectives and issues that are hampering your journey. We also try and understand what you've tried in the past, and customize an engagement that we're confident will deliver the results you're after.
Leader Briefing and Debriefing
This is where we meet 1:1 with the leader, and understand exactly what they're trying to achieve. We will also share specific themes we're picking up, make strategic recommendations, as well as ensure there is accountability and results being achieved.
1:1 Confidential Strategy Consultation Sessions
This is a very valuable part of the engagement. We meet with each executive on the team, in a 1:1 Confidential Strategy Consultation session. What makes this session so unique is that everything is tailored to the individual. We focus on their issues/concerns/challenges that are stopping them from achieving their best. We then give them tailored solutions unique to them. This allows them to implement the recommendations immediately. Usually consulting firms offer generic advice, leaving the executive to go back and try and figure out, "Ok, that was great, but how do I apply it in my context?" With 15TH Peak, you'll never have that issue. This is one reason why we're able to deliver results with such a quick turnaround. Clients love it!
Leadership Mapping & Talent Assessments
We administer a series of assessments (Leadership Excellence Audit & Diagnostic, Recording Individual Scores on Emotions & SelfTestAssessing Ranking of Traits) to gauge the potential and performance levels of your organisation.
Consulting workshops
These sessions are suited to you and your executives. Typically they could be anywhere from half a day to a few days (depending on your schedule and what works for you).
Real-time Executive Coaching
If you want to accelerate results, we can attend your strategy offsites/Quarterly Business Reviews, and provide Real-time executive coaching. We do this in a manner that never disrupts your meeting, but helps bring the team back on track if we're going down a "rat-hole". We also give specific strategies in real-time, making it magnify the value for everyone.
Customized Leadership Development Programs
If there are specific objectives that you need to achieve urgently, we can develop a long term leadership development program that is aligned with your HR and Communications team. This takes the guesswork out of what to do, gives continuity, and clients see improvements in their team each and every month.
Executive Support
This is an invaluable part of any of our consulting engagments. Leadership is sometimes a lonely place. Especially the higher up in an organization one goes.
At times, leaders may not have the luxury of brainstorming with their peers for a number of reasons (political and otherwise). We provide a totally confidential avenue for executives to talk to us 1:1 and use our expertise as a sounding board.
Many clients have sought our council before tackling a critical issue. We take the time to truly give unbiased recommendations. As required we may even conduct a role-play and share specific techniques that will help embed the strategies, instead of keeping it theoretical. Our clients see us as Strategic Partners and Advisors and love the fact they can be totally honest with us without any fear of repercussions.
