Unlike other Leadership Coaching Models that slot Top Management into four or five stereotypes, the 15TH Peak model is more human. We believe that there are 15 shades of leaders. And at any point in time, it is possible for an individual to operate in any of these 15 states.

Choice of the peak is contingent upon the challenge at hand. If the goal is to meet an impossible deadline, the challenge will be to assemble a specialist team of Task Leaders spearheaded by a Result Leader.
If the challenge is to prepare your organization for a new paradigm, the need will be to create a team of Magnetic Leaders, Influence Leaders and Change Leaders. The Change Leaders will be more than willing to implement change; the Influence Leaders will be the agents of change while Magnetic Leaders will get the buy-ins with the force of their personality. So clearly, our thrust will be to beat the challenge by picking individuals who are larger than the task.
