Our team has developed three time-tested proprietary tools (START, RISE and LEAD) to map out the default leadership template of individuals and to mine out the traits that power them. The assessment will be done sequentially and will have three components:

START (Self Test Assessing Ranking of Traits)
An intensive Self Analysis that makes respondents pick and choose the ranks they assign to their Top 15 traits.

RISE (Recording Individual Scores on Emotions)
A tool that makes individuals evaluate as to how they rate themselves on 15 emotional dimensions.

LEAD (Leadership Excellence Audit & Diagnostic)
An assessment that captures your innate leadership style by posing 30 questions that probe all aspects of leadership.
